Because massage therapy and energetic bodywork sessions involve maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period, there is an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19 & RSV.  Clients are asked to abide by the masking rules currently in place at this location. Being aware of the risks involved in receiving treatment at this time you agree to assume those risks.  Melissa Murphy/White Willow Holistic Therapies is released from any claims related thereto when you give your consent to receive treatment from this practitioner.

There is no charge for cancellation.  There are no refunds for No-Shows.  Clients are asked to cancel as soon as possible and reschedule if they or anyone in their household begins experiencing symptoms of illness prior to the appointment.

Understand that a massage therapist does not diagnose illness and none of the products or services offered here are a substitute for medical care.  Please inform the practitioner of any concerns you have prior to treatment.  Further, please inform the practitioner immediately if any treatment or technique applied is uncomfortable in any way.

Out of respect, sessions begin and end on time and are charged full price regardless of when you arrive.  There is currently no waiting room available so please arrive a few minutes early and do not bring others with you to your appointment.

Personal and professional boundaries will be respected always as required by Oregon state law.  Any sexually suggestive remarks/advances will result in immediate termination of your session for which you will pay full price.
